Election fever grips the UK and the Netherlands, as the European Elections get underway. A ban on selfies doesn't deter British voters, whereas in the Netherlands, the #stempie goes viral. Dutch voters are also keen to subvert European Commission rules, and are live-blogging the results and exit polls. France doesn't vote until Sunday, but that hasn't stopped Nicolas Sarkozy weighing in.
