Upskirt photo teacher: woman claims school tolerated sexual harassment

California biology teacher Kimberly Bohnert is suing an elite all-boys Catholic School after students were caught taking up-skirt photos of her. The school is Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, where tuition costs $17,000 a year.
Kimberly Bohnert alleges the administration took a "boys will be boys" attitude to sexual harassment at a school that is an alma mater to sports stars such as Barry Bonds, Tom Brady and Lynn Swann.
The harassment began in 2012 when graffiti targeting Bohnert was found on a bathroom wall. Then in November 2012, sexually explicit tweets targeting Bohnert were found online, but again the administration did nothing.
Finally, Bohnert learned about a competition to see which student could take the best upskirt photos of teachers. The student with best crotch shot claimed bragging rights.
Bohnert claims that key evidence was deleted once the administration learned about the upskirt photo competition.
Junipero Serra High School says it cooperated fully with police ... it suspended six students and expelled six others.
But despite the expulsions, no student was charged with any crime, though there's an explicit law outlining upskirt photos as a misdemeanor.
