Barnez is the moniker of musician Jesse Barnes. Jesse grew up shining shoes in his father's barbershop in Cleveland, Ohio and when he was 14, he put down the shoe polish and picked up a guitar.
These days Jesse lives in Brooklyn, New York and is an in demand guitarist and songwriter. Take Berlin, his duo with Berlin native Yvonne Ambree, recently released their debut Ep Lionize and are touring Europe and the U.S. In the Fall of 2014 he will also be releasing his long-awaited solo Ep.
Jesse has been the lead guitarist for Warner Brothers recording artist Eli "Paperboy" Reed for the past three years, featured at countless festivals around the world such as BBK in Bilbao and Festival Optimus in Lisbon.
