Belgium: two firefighters lose their lives to save a swan

Two firefighters have died after attempting to save a swan in the River Ourthe, in the southern Belgian region of Walloon.
The first man got into difficulty due to the strong currents, having dived in to release the swan. The second man put himself in danger trying to rescue his colleague.
