Andy, directeur artistique dans une agence de pub, souffre dans sa vie privée d'une timidité maladive. Terriblement romantique et fleur bleue, il doit supporter l'exubérance de son collègue et colocataire qui multiplie les conquêtes et enchaîne les aventures d'une nuit. Lorsqu'il rencontre Vanessa, chanteuse dans un bar, Andy sait qu'il a trouvé son âme soeur. Incapable de l'aborder, il la suit et échoue dans un groupe de sex addicts dont Vanessa fait partie. Andy vient juste de se faire de nouveaux amis...
