Three doctors have been shot dead by a security guard at a hospital in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
All physicans, including a wounded nurse, are US citizens.
The gunmen killed himself after the attack.
The hospital, which specialises in children's and maternal health, is run by Cure, a small US charity.
