Sherpas die in Everest avalanche

The ice avalanche that swept down one of the slopes of Everest on Friday killed at least 12 Sherpa guides.
Another four are missing.
Dawa Tashi Sherpa, who survived, was in intensive care in hospital in Kathmandu.
Friday's avalanche was the single deadliest accident on the world's highest mountain.
Some of the families of the dead Sherpas say they don't know how they're going to cope.
(SOUNBITE)(Nepali) FAUZI SHERPA, FATHER OF ANG KAZI SHERPA WHO WAS KILLED IN THE AVALANCHE SAYING:
"Now what are going to do? He is dead. He used to take care of all of us with what he earned. There are many grandsons and granddaughters. It has been and will be very difficult for us. He used to take care of us all. There are five children still attending school, as well as us two who have survived him"
