Justin Bieber retiring? Tweet seems too good to be true

STOP THE PRESSES!!! Justin Bieber is gonna RETIRE?!
Yup, that's the word straight from the Biebmiester himself, direct from his Twitter account.
Starting from a series of tweets coinciding with the release of his latest album Journals, Justin Bieber tweeted that he'd be retiring from the music game. However, his management team fielded the story back and said the tweets were all overblown and just a joke.
Indeed, when MTV livestreamed JB's red carpet outing at the opening for his documentary Believe, he pushed back and said he meant it to imply just a short break from the fast pace of fame, and that he needed some time for his family. He said he wants to "figure out myself as a man." "I've been away so much, I've missed a lot of great years with my brother and sister."
As always, he wished his fans, the Beliebers, all the best by saying: "I want to say thank you so much to each and every one of you for staying by my side. I love you with all my heart."
So how exactly will he spend 2014? We don't really know. Bieber's people never got back to us with media passes to the premiere so we could inquire ... But we think we've made a pretty accurate rendition of what may happen.
