Justin Bieber documentary: Pervert attends 'Believe' premiere

Georgia police are looking for the public's help in identifying a man who exposed his junk to a pair of juvenile girls during a showing of Believe, the new Justin Bieber documentary. However, the real crime is that someone made a Justin Bieber documentary.
According to the authorities in Snellville, a city outside of Atlanta, the girls were the only two people in the Regal Cinemas movie theater when, halfway through the incredibly lame movie, the suspect entered "and sad in a seat in the top row, right next to them."
A short time after the man sat down, he "pulled his penis out of his pants and began to masturbate," according to a police report. The teens ran out of the theater and "called their parents from the bathroom and waited there until they showed up." The suspect left the premises, driving away in "a white or light colored Mercury SUV."
The manager at the cinema told authorities that he had previously asked the suspect about "jumping theaters." The suspect, who said he had been "looking for his friends," became nervous when approached by the manager and said, "I will just leave."
The movie theater manager said the suspect was a balding 5' 6" Hispanic man in his mid-60s. The suspect was described as having a thick accent and was wearing dark pants and an orange long sleeve shirt with a zipper. The manager also said that the suspect "smelled of women's perfume."
Snellville police have released a surveillance photo of the suspect inside the Regal Cinemas.
