Congress leader Rashid Alvi on Monday (March 31) wrote to Congress President Sonia Gandhi offering to contest against BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Alvi says he is ready to challenge Modi for the electoral battle and said the people of Varanasi would support him to strengthen the party in Varanasi.
