ROUGH CUT (NO NARRATION)

Jon Hamm looked every bit the stylish 1960's ad man "Dom Draper" he plays on the award winning television drama "Mad Men", as he arrived on the red carpet Friday evening (March 21) in Los Angeles to help celebrate the series final season. Hamm was joined by stars Elisabeth Moss, Vincent Kartheiser, Christina Hendricks and the shows creator Matthew Weiner at the event that was part of the 31st annual Paleyfest, a two-week festival aimed at honoring excellence in television. The Emmy award winning series profiles the turbulent 1960's, using a Madison Avenue advertising agency as a canvas to depict the changes that took place in America during that decade. For creator Matthew Weiner, the opportunity to have the show play out on its own terms has been rewarding. "Mad Men's" seventh and final season will run on the AMC cable network in two parts in 2014 and 2015. The series season premiere will air on April 15.
