Now here's an undignified way to check out: An Oklahoma man was killed during an alleged family feud with his former-marine stepson gave him an atomic wedgie, suffocating him. three days before Christmas and all was well as 58-year-old Denver St. Claire and stepson Brad Davis were drinking at home in Pottawatomie County. But things went pants up when St. Claire started up, talking trash about Davis' mom, which didn't go down well.
They started swinging; Davis claims his stepfather started it but he ended it, allegedly landing a haymaker on St. Claire, dropping him to the floor.
Whatever was said must not have been very nice, because Davis delivered the ultimate humiliation - pulling stepdad's whities over his head.
Whatever else happened that night, the band ripped constricted St. Claire's airway. He died of asphyxiation. Davis called 911.
Police believe Davis may have altered the crime scene to make it look like he acted in self defence. Sheriff Mike Booth said: "We continued our investigation and uncovered evidence that led us to believe that this was more than just a fight."
Davis was arrested and is being held at the Pottawatomie County jail on a homicide charge.
