Salman Khurshid does it yet again after he recently called BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate 'impotent'. He has once again taken a personal dig at Narendra Modi and this time around he not only accused Modi for the 2002 Gujarat riots but also went ahead and compared him to a nursery student.
