The story of individuals appear to be true. I found the noticeboard links listed below which matches up with what's on the video.

Extra information on the above page says that the mother was on her way to gradulation ceremony for another daughter but she
suddenly wanted to visit the other daughter. Perhaps mother's instinct knew that they only had a last chance to meet.
Feels like dying.
On the 19th March, her mother post a detail of her daughter's funeral inviting people to come.
