Judge bans broadcast of postmortem evidence in Pistorius trial

On day six of the Oscar Pistorius murder trial, the judge bans the live broadcast of the autopsy report.
A doctor told the court that broadcasting the report would violate ethical rules.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) WITNESS, PROFESSOR GERT SAAYMAN, SAYING:
"My lady, I am a health care practitioner, a medical doctor and such I am bound by certain ethical rules that guide my profession and in fact it may be even statutory limitations in terms of my conduct when it comes to some of this issues, in terms of the health professions act. So on that basis that I choose at the outset to indicate to the court that I would not be comfortable in the live and contemporaneous streaming of my evidence due to the very nature thereof."
The judge agreed and even extended the ban to live reporting on Twitter.
The doctor's testimony was interrupted twice by Pistorius sobbing.
He said Pistorius' girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, died from multiple gunshot wounds.
