Caught on camera: California teen hit TWICE while running across street

A 14-year-old girl was struck twice by incoming traffic while running across the street against a red light in southern California.

Surveillance cameras at Santa Ana College caught the shocking footage Monday afternoon.

The unidentified girl is shown attempting to run a red light, but doesn't make it.

She tries to shake off the impact of the collision, but her knees buckle and she tumbles onto the concrete road, as onlookers slowly begin to surround her.

The girl was released from the hospital on Tuesday after being treated for leg injuries.
