"Alarm Call" is a song from Björk's album Homogenic. I don't know exactly how Beck hooked up with her to remix a song. Did she ask him? Are they friends? Mutual fans, certainly. Of course, they had to call this the "Bjeck" mix!
The only other connection between Beck and Bjork that I am aware of is that they did do one photo shoot together for some magazine
