CCTV footage showing a man cruelly abandoned a dog in Tazewell County, Virginia was released on LiveLeak. The video shows an unidentified man tying the dog to a chair at an unknown location. As he drives away, the dog anxiously tries to run after his red pickup truck.

The video was made public by the Tazewell County Sheriff's Office, which is asking the public to help them track the man down. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Sheriff's Office's 911 center at +1 (276) 988-0645-0704.
