Insecure of independent media?

By shooting the messenger at every given opportunity politicians have revealed that they are indeed insecure of an independent and fearless media. Be it the Home Minister, former army chief or the former Delhi Chief Minister, all of them have targeted the media when faced with tough questions. But their unsubstantiated charges and attempt to intimidate the fourth estate has now been met with severe criticism.
