Swimming - How to Swim On Your Back Using Only Your Arms

This exercise will help you to move your arms more efficiently.
Use your noodle.
Lie down on your back.
Place the noodle under your knees.
Be careful, keep your head backwards and look to the sky to stay in a perfect horizontal position.
It’s very important to take a small break when your arms are next to your head. Otherwise you’ll get water on your face. Wait till you are perfectly still in the water before you start the movement over again under the water.
The movement of your arms will allow you to move easily backwards through the water.
