The ninety seventh surat of the Holy Qur'an in arabic, phonetic and english with the recitation of Sheikh Mahmoud Khalîl Al-Hosarî, may Allah have mercy on him.

Arabic:

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ
لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ

Phonetic:
Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi

97.1 Inna anzalnahu fee laylati alqadri
97.2 Wama adraka ma laylatu alqadri
97.3 Laylatu alqadri khayrun min alfi shahrin
97.4 Tanazzalu almalaikatu waalrroohu feeha
biithni rabbihim min kulli amrin
97.5 Salamun hiya hatta matlaAAi alfajri

Approximate Translation of the Meanings of the surat:
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

97.1 Surely We revealed it on the grand night.
97.2 And what will make you comprehend what the grand night
97.3 The grand night is better than a thousand months.
97.4 The angels and Jibreel descend in it
by the permission of their Lord for every affair,
97.5 Peace! it is till the break of the morning.
