Scottsdale Arizona cop Justin LaClere uses Whisper app to groom teen

Former Scottsdale Arizona cop Justin LaClere makes our bad cop list because he has a penchant for jailbait. He was using an app called Whisper to make contact with a 17-year old high school girl.

Whisper is an app that has a Twitter-like ability to talk to the masses with Snapchat-like anonymity. Users chose a picture to be a backdrop and then say whatever's on their mind. Others can then respond in the comments section.

Earlier this week, a 17-year-old girl posted: "I want to get pregnant but I'm only a teen."
The two then proceed to chat with each other over the course of several days until at one point Leclare decided to ask if they could take the relationship to the next level, and she agreed. LeClare went over to the girl's house and had sex with her while her parents were away.

LeClare formally resigned his police position before he was arrested. He is charged with one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and one count of sexual conduct with a minor, according to police records. LaClere told police he: "knew what he did was wrong because she was underage," according to police records.
