Cameron sees damage of UK flooding first hand
Floodwaters throughout the United Kingdom are continuing to rise.
Parts of the U.K. are dealing with the wettest January on record.
Along the River Thames, water has engulfed some of Britain's most expensive real estate.
British Prime Minister David Cameron visited Dawlish, where high tides and stormy seas last week washed away a stretch of railway track.

Some residents have gotten angry about the government's response to the crisis.
Cameron said the government is doing everything it can to get things back to normal.
