FRANCE - Rwandan genocide: Former intelligence chief goes on trial in France

For the first time ever, France is putting on trial a man suspected of taking part in the Rwandan genocide. Pascal Simbikangwa, who headed Rwanda's intelligence agency in 1994, is accused of complicity in genocide and complicity in crimes against humanity.
