Da Budda2 al cow boy di "Dallas Buyers Club"

Il 14esimo Dalai Lama ha approvato il film di animazione “Buddha 2”, cioè il secondo film di una trilogia basata sullo shonen storico Buddha di Osamu Tezuka.
La trama di Buddha racconta ovviamente la nascita e la storia del giovane principe Siddharta, colui che fonderà la via del Buddhismo.
Il primo tempo dell’opera uscito nel 2011 era stato un successo mondiale.
La prima mondiale ha avuto luogo all’Auditorium del Louvre col plenum del cast e della direzione dell’opera.
TOSHIAKI KOMURA, REGISTA:
“In relazione al primo film la storia è molto piu’ drammatica e spettacolare. Nel secondo film si rincorrono una serie di avvenimenti concatenati che sviluppano il carattere di Buddah pertanto in relazione alla storia c‘è una maggiore ricchezza”.
Il film sarà in distribuzione la prossima settimana in Giappone. Nel mondo ci sono 370 milioni di buddisti.
E’ già in distribuzione in Europa il plurinominato ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ che potrebbe accendere una stella nel firmamento degli oscar.
Diretto da Jean-Marc Vallée con Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Garner, Jared Leto e non solo, racconta di un rude cow boy che scopre di essere ammalato di aids. In punto di morte si ribella al destino, rifiuta le cure classiche, scopre un mondo diverso quello delle comunità gay, dei derelitti della società e vince la sua battaglia brevettando anche una cura.
McConaughey è stato a Roma per promuovere il film.
Matthew McConaughey, attore: “Le comunità dei gay e delle lesbiche hanno accolto molto bene il film. Molta gente mi è venuta a dire che si ricordavano di quei tempi. Io ho perso un fratello, un amico che si era ammalato di aids. Era il tempo in cui non si poteva nominare la malattia, eravamo alla fine degli anni 80, ci penso adesso e mi dico… mah…. Avevo un sacco di amici che probabilmente hanno preso l’aids e neanche sapevano il nome della malattia o non la nominavano, era un tabu’”.
Alla prima londinese c’era anche Jared Leto che non si spacca la testa nel pensare quale potrebbe essere il discorso da fare agli oscar.
Jared Leto, attore: “ Presumo di non avere la chance di andare molto in là. Questa è la cosa piu’ saggia se non ti aspetti niente. Ho ricevuto veramente molto affetto e tanto sostegno e non faccio nessun conto alla rovescia. Mi godo quel che ho e cioè la nomination, quella non me la toglie nessuno”.
Nel film Jared Leto interpreta un transsessuale. Gli annunci dell’oscar giungono il 2 marzo. Per ora il film viaggia sull’onda del successo.

The movie will be officialy released in Japan next week – there are over 370 Millionen Buddhists aound the world, a huge market potential for this animation movie based on the cartoon series by manga master Osamu Tezuka .
