Congress Vice President Sh. Rahul Gandhi addressed an electrifying speech at AICC meet in Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. MLAs, MPs, Ministers and workers of the Congress party and Honorable Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi were also presented in the meet. “The change is taking place around us is unstoppable. The imperative before us is not whether to change but when and how to change. What this mean to us as a political party. It means responding to the immense demands for political and government to reform in revolutionary and dynamic way that only Congress party is capable is doing.” Rahul Gandhi said.
