Spanish judge allows lawsuit over Neymar signing to go ahead

Barcelona, Jan 22 (EFE).- A judge from the Spanish court that handles high-profile corruption cases has decided to admit a lawsuit filed by an FC Barcelona club member over the signing of Brazilian superstar Neymar.

Audiencia Nacional Judge Pablo Ruz on Wednesday ruled that there may exist "contractual simulation" surrounding the signing of Neymar from Brazilian club Santos. He added however that there was no "urgent" need to summon Barcelona President Sandro Rosell to the court for questioning.
