Umbrella Man Carlings 1998
Usually the Carling Family sticks to the traditional jazz scene. Father Hans is one of the best Swedish trumpetplayers and together with daughter Gunhild they perform the tune Umbrella Man. This tune composed in 1938 was used as one of the features of Dizzy Gillespie who recorded this succesfully in the fifties. It became a a favourite in the modern bebop idiom.
