Congress Vice President Sh. Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Jodhpur ahead of Rajasthan polls. He lashed out BJP’s dual policy which different for poor and different for rich and elite. “It’s competition and fight over ideologies.” Rahul Gandhi added. He also said BJP has failed to deliver.
