Bangalore storm drain turns into death trap

A storm drain in South Bangalore turned into a death trap for a 54-year-old motorist after he accidently fell into the gaping 8 feet ditch. But even as the local civic bodies trade charges--the loss is irreversible for the family of the deceased.
