Messi, Ronaldo, Vilanova win Marca football awards
Madrid, 3 Dec (EFE).- Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo dominated Monday the Marca football awards, which saw Tito Vilanova, who was unable to attend for medical reasons, honoured with the coach of the season title.
Leading figures of the 2012/13 campaign posed on the red carpet at Madrid's Canal Theatre before receiving their awards for best coach, footballer, goalscorer and referee from Spain's first and second division.
Lionel Messi was also unable to attend and pick up his "pichichi" award for leading goalscorer as he is recovering from injury in Argentina
