Originally hailing from the UK and Austria, Brighton based duo "Rotait" formed in Ireland in 2009 with the subsequent release of their 1st EP "Free". Following an extensive European tour, the duo, consisting of Jareth Tait (Vocals, guitar, drums) and Rosanna Schwarzacher ( Vocals and cello), moved to Brighton at the end of 2011. So far, 2012 has seen Rotait release its debut album entitled "Sleep Tonight" as well as play numerous shows around Brighton and London. Mixing musical genres such as soul, RnB and rock, with influences ranging from Nick Drake to Bill Withers, John Martyn to PJ Harvey and alternating between guitar, cello and drums, their live performances are not to be missed.
