Wounded stream into Tripoli hospital

Crowds gather outside a Tripoli hospital, as wounded civilians are wheeled into the building.
According to state television, the death toll from Friday's clashes has risen to more than 43, with at least 460 injured.
The hospital continues to admit those wounded in the clashes and the Ministry of Health has asked civilians to donate blood in light of the rising numbers.
Friday's violence broke out when militiamen from Misrata opened fire on protesters who had marched on their brigade quarters in Tripoli.
Misrata gunmen and rival militias clashed again on Saturday east of the capital.
