But it was not so much the debate on betting as the argument made by Sinha comparing betting in sports to rape. Speaking to TIMES NOW, Ranjit Sinha issued a clarification saying that his statement was being misinterpreted. The CBI also issued a clarification saying that the Director's comments were being interpreted out of context.
