The British royal couple, Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, visited a mobile nursery in Mumbai on Saturday (November 09) where they met underprivileged children, their parents and staff members.

The children, whose parents make their ends meet by working as daily-wage labourers, were elated to see Prince Charles and his wife Camilla and had also prepared a puppet show to entertain the royal couple.

The royals visited the classrooms and interacted with the teachers and parents as well.

The royal couple is on a nine-day visit in the country and will also pay their respects to the victims of the 26/11 attack at Mumbai's Taj Mahal hotel.

This is their third official visit to India. The trip is aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between London and New Delhi.
