STORY: British royal couple met Indian President, Pranab Mukherjee at the ornate Presidential Palace in New Delhi on Friday, which used to be the house of the last British viceroy before India's independence.

They also visited a school in one of New Delhi's poorest neighborhoods Friday to see the difference the community schools are making to the lives of thousands of children from deprived backgrounds in India.

The royal couple also visited Akshardham temple in New Delhi on Friday, the world's largest Hindu temple.
