Chapli kebab is an staple food of the Pashtoon-Afghan region. It is a simple blend of light spices in mincemeat, topped with a slice of a luscious red tomato and shallow fried on a hot pan. Usually eaten with a soft roti but also goes well with a paratha, rice and even a bun. Accompany it with dips and condiments. Cooking expert Samina Jaleel accompanies her's with Hari Chutni.
