Moore and Kutcher settle, Gaye estate files lawsuit

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are close to finalizing their divorce - this according to celebrity news website TMZ, who reports that Moore was previously seeking alimony from Kutcher, but has since dropped the request. Kutcher filed for divorce from the actress in December 2012 after more than a year of separation. Moore and Kutcher separated in November 2011 following six years of marriage, after a San Diego woman said she had a brief affair with Kutcher.
Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is making more headlines. The estate of Marvin Gaye has filed a lawsuit claiming that Thicke ripped off Gaye's song, "Got to Give It Up" for his chart-topping single. In August, Thicke preemptively sued Gaye's estate after complaints were made about ripping off the music, asking a judge to rule that the two songs were "starkly different." The estate is requesting an injunction requiring Thicke to cease infringing on Gaye's copyrights and asks for unspecified damages.
