Rapper Chris Brown is in the headlines again, but for all the wrong reasons.
D.C. police say Brown was arrested and charged with assault early Sunday after getting into a fight with a man outside the W Hotel near the White House.
Police arrested another man involved in the fight. Several news outlets are reporting he was Brown's bodyguard.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
This isn't the first time Brown has been in trouble with the law.
He's been on probation since 2009 for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna.
