Twenty-two stories... 11 people missing... and now possibly another collapse.

After working through the night, rescue crews in Colombia are running into structural risks that are hindering their search of a collapsed apartment building.

(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT FOR THE COLOMBIAN GOVERNMENT, CARLOS IVAN MARQUEZ, SAYING:

"There is plan for search and rescue operations in collapsed structures. First, we have to evacuate the area -- we've already done that for 163 families. Then we have to go in with machinery to stabilize and prevent any risk of collapse because we've already seen some."

Rescue dogs have been deployed to scour the rubble in the hope of finding anyone alive, including the brother of Carlos Alberto.

(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) CARLOS ALBERTO, BROTHER OF MAN MISSING IN RUBBLE, SAYING:

"My little brother is trapped in there because he was parking his car with a friend. His friend escaped, but he didn't make it."
