Venezuelan VP gives annual account of presidency in record time

Caracas, Jan 16 (EFE).- Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro took less than seven minutes to present to the country's National Assembly president Hugo Chavez's annual Report and Accounts for 2012.
Maduro merely presented a copy of the report to the assembly in a fashion strikingly different from last year, when Chavez gave an account of his presidency in a speech that lasted more than nine hours.
