Perrine Faillet a été nourrie par la danse, le théâtre, la poésie sonore et l'esthétique de la performance. Artiste plurielle, c'est dans son home-studio qu'elle imagine le projet Peau. Trois ans après "Première mue", premier album unanimement salué par la critique, elle publie "Archipel", un recueil élaboré dans sa retraite du Vercors et au studio Farside à Paris. Au fil de morceaux oniriques et imprévisibles, chanson, électronique et post-rock s'entrechoquent, dévoilant une auteure, compositrice et interprète hors du commun, véritable exploratrice du verbe et des sons.
Perrine Faillet has nourished her creative spirit with dance, theatre, sound poetry and performance aesthetics. A multifaceted artist, she created the project Peau (Skin) in her home studio. Three years after Première mue (First moult), which was released to universal critical acclaim, she comes back with Archipel (Archipelago), a collection of new pieces conceived at her retreat in the mountains of Vercors and at the Farside Studio in Paris. Listening to this dreamy, mercurial music, you will see French chanson collide with electronic music and post-rock landscapes, revealing an extraordinary songwriter and performer, a genuine poetic and sonic explorer.
