Graphene transistors

Electronic components that use a single molecular layer of carbon, a material substance known as graphene, are one step closer to reality. Researchers at the Department of Chemistry Nano-Science Center at the University of Copenhagen and Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, have successfully tested a graphene-based transistor in an integrated circuit, or computer chip.
