Raghumudri Srihari , better known as Srihari died at the Leelavathi hospital in Mumbai today (October). The award-winning actor was reportedly ailing from liver related problems. For the past few days, he had been undergoing treatment for cancer at the hospital, where he breathed his last this afternoon. He was 49. He is survived by his actress wife Disco Shanthi and a son. Subsequently, he went on to do some notable lead roles. He was one of most well-known actors and highest paid character artist in the Telugu film industry. He started his career as a stunt fighter. After some years, he was introduced by well-known director Dasari Narayana Rao in 1986. His first movie as a hero was Police. His movie was the best opening ever for small budget films in the 1990s. He has two sons and one daughter. Unfortunately, he lost his daughter, Akshara, at the age of four months. In the remembrance of his daughter, he started the Akshara Foundation. He also adopted four villages in Medchal. He died with the liver related problem on October 9th 2013. The death of such a talented actor is a great loss to the Telugu film industry. His sudden demise has shocked many in Tollywood.
