Chicago, Jul 29 (EFE).- The United States wins its fifth CONCACAF Gold Cup title, defeating Panama 1-0 in the final at Chicago's Soldier Field on Sunday.
Brek Shea scored the game-winner in the 69th minute, allowing the U.S. to finish the tournament undefeated, winning all six matches and scoring 20 goals.
