Violence erupts in Egypt

Anti-coup protesters took to the streets in what they called a reminder to Egyptian military that they would not be ignored. Meanwhile, security forces blocked roads to Cairo's Tahrir Square. The violent clashes come ahead of the 4oth anniversary of Egypt's war with Isreal, which will be marked on October 6. Many see the protests as a means of testing the water to see where support lies.
