Bastar: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, for the first time after May 25 Maoist attack that killed frontline party leaders in Chhattisgarh, addressed a mammoth Congress rally – Adivasi Adhikar Sammelan- at Jagdalpur in tribal dominated Bastar region in the poll-bound state. He also explained Congress-led UPA Government’s policies aimed at the welfare of Tribals.
