With Prime Minister Manmohan Singh all set to return to India today (October 1), sources are telling TIMES NOW that the ordinance on convicted MPs and MLAs will be withdrawn on the Prime Minister's return. All eyes are also set on the Cabinet meet as the final decision on ordinance is expected to be taken at the meet on Wednesday.
