Sushmita sen was born on 19 november 1975 to a Bengali family she attended airforce jubilee institute ,,and st .ann's high school but did not persue higher education .in 1994 as a teenager sen won femina miss india later she won the crown of miss universe after her reign at miss universe she made her debut from film dastak along with sharad kapoor and mukul sachdeva in 1996 then she starred in 1997 tamil blockbuster ratchagan .after words she appeared in david dhawan comedy flick biwi no. 1 which was a highest grossing film which gaves her film fare best supporting actress in 1999 .
