The audio tapes handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation by jailed IPS officer G L Singhal in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case, in which officials are allegedly heard conspiring to subvert encounter cases against them.The CBI questioned A K Sharma, JCP (crime branch) and G C Murmu, principal secretary.
